Picota


Picota is a great food, rich in water and with a high fiber content. Although they belong to the same family as cherries, the pickles are larger, darker and more crunchy textured, as well as sweeter taste.

Properties:

• It is a fruit rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and polyphenols, and also has an important fiber content.
• They are one of the few foods that contain melatonin, an antioxidant that helps regulate the heart rate and sleep cycles of the body.
